French President Emmanuel Macron believes that Vladimir Putin must stop the war and respect the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
He said this on Twitter on Oct.13, Ukrinform reports.
“We are helping Ukraine to resist on its soil, never to attack Russia. Vladimir Putin must stop this war and respect Ukraine’s territorial integrity,” Macron wrote.
The French leader also added that he does not want a World War.
Macron earlier said on France 2 that Ukraine will receive radars and missiles for air defense systems from France in coming weeks.
He also noted that he would hold talks with Putin whenever necessary
