Russian forces conducted a series of missile and drone strikes across multiple Ukrainian regions on July 3 and 4, targeting industrial, energy, and civilian infrastructure, resulting in fatalities and injuries.

Dnipro and Poltava strikes

On Saturday, July 4, Russian forces launched a ballistic missile attack on the city of Dnipro. According to Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov, the strike injured seven individuals aged between 21 and 63, all of whom required hospitalization. Filatov noted that residential areas did not sustain structural damage.

Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, stated that the strike targeted a private enterprise in the Dnipro district.

In a separate attack on the previous day, July 3, Russian forces struck a DTEK mine administration facility in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The DTEK energy group reported that a security guard was killed and five other employees were injured.
