Mark N. Katz
Mark N. Katz is professor emeritus of government and politics at the George Mason University Schar School of Policy and Government, a global fellow at the Wilson Center, and a nonresident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council. He earned a Ph.D. in political science at M.I.T., and has been awarded fellowships by the Rockefeller Foundation, the Kennan Institute, the Finnish Institute of International Affairs, and the Fulbright Program.
