A Russian strike on the southeastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro killed four people and injured at least 21 others on Monday after hitting a private business, regional officials said.
“The enemy struck Dnipro. A private enterprise was damaged. Preliminary reports indicate there are casualties,” Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration head Oleksandr Hanzha said shortly after the attack.

Hanzha later said the death toll had risen to four, while the number of injured increased to 21.
Five men, aged 22, 33, 54, 58 and 59, were hospitalized in serious condition, he said. Earlier, officials reported that the 22-year-old victim was in critical condition.
Emergency services were working at the impact site as medics treated the wounded.
According to preliminary information, the strike hit a private enterprise in the city. Authorities did not immediately provide further details about the type of weapon used or the extent of the damage.
