Russian forces struck four districts of Dnipropetrovsk region more than 40 times in a single day, injuring two people.
The attacks hit Dnipro, Nikopol, Synelnykove and Pavlohrad districts on Wednesday, July 1, using a combination of drones and artillery, Regional Governor Oleksandr Hanzha said in a Telegram post.

The Dnipro district, and the Solonianska, Novooleksandrivska and Petrykivka communities came under fire, with two men, aged 49 and 59, hospitalized in moderate condition.
The strikes damaged an agricultural enterprise, vehicles and farming equipment, sparking multiple fires across the affected area, regional authorities reported.
Nikopol, Synelnykove, Pavlohrad districts also hit
In the Nikopol district, the communities of Nikopol, Marhanets, Chervonohryhorivka, Pokrovske and Myrove came under fire, with a dormitory, local infrastructure and private homes sustaining damage.
Nikopol district is one of the hardest-hit areas in the Dnipropetrovsk region, repeatedly targeted by Russian drone and missile strikes.
The bombardment prompted Hanzha to convene an emergency Defense Council to strengthen evacuations and reinforce defenses across the region in June.

Amid the ongoing attacks, a new underground shelter at a lyceum in the Nikopol district was completed on Wednesday, offering 120 students and staff the opportunity to return to on-site education.
Farther east, Russian forces also struck the Petropavlivka, Vasylkivka and Slavhorod communities in Synelnykove district, damaging personal vehicles.
In the Pavlohrad district, Russian forces targeted the Yuriivka community, triggering a fire, regional authorities said. The attack adds to near-daily strikes on the region, which has faced repeated bombardment of both its frontline and rear-area districts in recent weeks.
