The victim was not a Polish citizen, Poland’s Foreign Ministry said.

Zelensky criticizes event organizers
President Volodymyr Zelensky blamed “Russian terror” for the deaths but said such a gathering should never have been held during wartime, particularly near residential buildings.
“It is absolutely unacceptable to hold any weapons exhibitions with large crowds of people, especially near residential buildings,” Zelensky said.
Ukraine’s prosecutor general opened a criminal investigation into possible failures by officials responsible for organizing the event. Emergency crews later said rescue operations had been completed.
Kyiv region observes day of mourning
The Kyiv region declared Saturday, July 25, a day of mourning. At 9 a.m., Ukrainians observed the country’s daily minute of silence for military personnel and civilians killed since Russia launched its full-scale invasion.
Russia carried out further attacks overnight. A drone strike on a post office in the Sumy region killed three civilians, while another attack damaged a shopping center and injured people in Zaporizhzhia.
