An American photojournalist Christopher Occhicone has been covering Russian aggression in Ukraine since 2014, but still, like many, was not expecting the new large-scale war. However, he took his camera and went to the battleground to visualize for the world what Russia was really doing in Ukraine. His images worked better than Russian propaganda and many photos became viral.

He came to the Kyiv Post to talk about his experience in this large-scale war in Ukraine and to pick up his new dog, a Bucha massacre survivor named Tank after he had been found exhausted from the military actions and beaten by bigger dogs among burnt tanks.

Christopher has been to many places and covered a lot of stories. Listen to his experience to learn how the Russian war against Ukrainians looks on the ground.
