US President Donald Trump’s special representative for Ukraine, retired Gen. Keith Kellogg, arrived in Kyiv this week, a source told RBC-Ukraine.
Kellogg had earlier planned a stop in Poland before traveling to Ukraine, according to CNN. His arrival came shortly after dozens of Russian drones violated Polish airspace overnight on Sept. 10.

This is Kellogg’s third visit to Ukraine in recent months. He attended Independence Day events in Kyiv on Aug. 24, joining a prayer breakfast and meeting Ukrainian leaders. He also visited in July.
During his last trip, Kellogg said he hoped Ukraine would mark its next Independence Day “under peaceful skies.” Observers noted that Russia refrained from major strikes on Kyiv during his previous visits.
The envoy’s latest trip comes as the US and European allies work on ways to support Ukraine and explore possible security guarantees.
