In October Kazakhstan offered 117 old Soviet-era combat aircraft for sale by auction and it has now been reported that the US has bought 81 of them through offshore intermediaries.

Israel is 1/8 Ukraine's population and Gaza has about 1.5% of Russia's population. Israel's needs are much less than Ukraine's.
The United States Doctrine dictates that she maintains a military - navy -air force - army/marines that can fight in both the Pacific and Atlantic theaters at the same time. That was the result of WWII when the US military was ranked 14th in 1940. In 1941 the Japanese almost wiped out our entire Pacific Fleet. The US was not prepared to fight in Europe or Pacific until basically 1942 and that was barely. As the result of the war in Ukraine the US munitions plants modernized their production (went automation) and started to double the output.
