Putin Is Being Told ‘Everything is Going to Plan,’ Ukrainian Intel Says
In an exclusive interview, Ukrainian intelligence spokesperson Andriy Yusov said anyone who told the Russian President the real situation on the front line would face being sacked – or worse.
News platforms said it was the long-range version of the US weapon but there was no early Kyiv confirmation. It may have been Ukraine’s most ambitious ballistic missile strike of the war so far.

Russia has at most another 2 years after which they will not be able to sustain their war with Ukraine, Sometime in 2025 Russia are going to face serious shortages of armoured vehicles, trained and motivated infantry, new recruits and funding.
That’s the point of certain runaway collapse, and the end of Putin.
I really don't think the little man is deranged to the extent of believing that everything is going according to the plan. Otherwise, he would be willing to visit Odessa and Lviv. The man is delusional but not to that extent. This is wishful thinking.
