Romania's defense ministry on Sunday strongly condemned repeated Russian attacks on Ukraine's Danube infrastructure close to its border as "unjustified" following the latest overnight drone strikes in the southern Odesa region.
The ministry "reiterates in the strongest terms that these attacks against civilian targets and infrastructure in Ukraine are unjustified and in deep contradiction with the rules of international humanitarian law".
"At no time did the means of attack used by the Russian Federation generate any direct military threat to the national territory or territorial waters of Romania," it added in a statement.

Did Russian drones crash in Romania? Yes. Did they resent a risk to Romania? No. Worth an Article V declaration of war on Russia by all of NATO? No.
@Kelley Kunnanz, typo - represent.
Someone should just end Putins terror campaign by whatever means necessary! Russians with their heads buried in the sand should unite to end his time as murderer in chief! Innocent people are dying, for WHAT? Putins ego? That dictator must go!
Bark, bark, bark...yet no bite. Does Romania have no teeth or is this purely political gamesmanship combined with true cowardice.
@Pat Frankewicz, romanians like me will personally sneak into russia and cause 9/11 style terror attacks on moscow
