I JUST SAW A REPORT ON UKRAINE,THAT DISPITE WAR THE COUNTRY HAS ACTUALLY PRODUCED A NATIONAL PROFIT HIGHER THAN BEFORE THE WAR STARTED.SO WHY CANT ALL THEIR FISCAL RESPONSABILITIES BE PAID..SOUNDS LIKE TOTAL CORRUPTION FROM THE HEAD DOWN.MY FRIENDS IN UKRAINE CONSTANTLY CLAIM UKRAINE HAS ALWAYS BEEN TOTALLY CORRUPT,THAT THEY CANT EVEN PAY TO HAVE THE SIDEWALKS CLEARED OF SNOW IN KYIV.THIER WORKERS CANT KEEP WORKING FOR FREE FOREVER.MANY ASK ME FOR ASSISTANCE TO MOVE TO USA.THEY ARE DRS. AND OTHR PROFESSIONALS WHOS CREDENTIALS WONT QUALIFY THEM FOR SIMULAR JOBS IN USA.THE STANDARDS ARE MUCH HIGHER IN USA.YOU CANT BE QUALIFIED AFTER ONLY A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA TO BE A NURSE,ECT.IN USA..

With the corruption in the highest spheres of the judiciary, it is hard to imagine that state administrators and big businessmen will be afraid to continue the Soviet practice of using the state & society for personal hording of riches.
