President Volodymyr Zelensky has already responded on Telegram, saying that emergency crews are working to eliminate the consequences of the Russian strike in Vyshgorod.
“As of now, it is known that there are victims: 19 people were injured, including children. One person was killed by this attack. My condolences to his family and friends,” the president said.
He added that there are also wounded in the Dnipro and Kharkiv regions, and that Russia also struck the Odesa, Sumy, and Kherson regions.
“Such strikes occur every day. During this week alone, the Russians used almost 1,400 strike drones, 1,100 guided aerial bombs, and 66 missiles against our people,” Zelensky said.
According to him, Ukraine urgently needs missiles and air defense systems, as well as continued active work with partners to achieve peace.
“We need real, reliable solutions that will help end the war,” Zelensky said.
