From the editors: Kyiv Post continues to follow developments in the unfolding Epstein case that pertain to his links with Russia and compiled a list of reports that claimed to have revealed US President Donald Trump’s connections with Moscow. Kyiv Post is unable to independently confirm the circumstances of the reports or their authenticity.

Mikhail Khodorkovsky, an exiled Russian businessman and opposition activist now residing in London, has just posted the following on his X account on Tuesday, Dec. 2:

“With the release of Epstein files pending, let me remind you what @dossier_center uncovered:

The timing is crucial here: in 2014-2015, right after Crimea, right after the first sanctions.

Putin’s regime desperately needed Western business participation at Russian events to maintain any semblance of legitimacy. Epstein had access to exactly those people.

Sergei Belyakov graduated from FSB Academy in 1998. His career trajectory tells you everything you need to know about how Russian intelligence embeds its officers in economic elites.

By 2012, he was the Deputy Minister of Economic Development. By 2014, he’s running the St. Petersburg

In July of 2015, a Russian model named Guzel Ganieva is trying to blackmail a group of powerful businessmen in NYC.

Russian air defenses reportedly intercepted dozens of drones over Moscow, a day after Kyiv launched its largest drone raid on the Russian capital.

Epstein reaches out directly to Belyakov and asks for help. Within 72 hours, he receives back a comprehensive intelligence profile.

This was more than some advice from a friend: Belyakov detailed the model’s summer earnings ($100,000), her operational methods (he called them “hard stories” with clients), and her vulnerabilities; he suggested that blocking her US entry would entirely destroy her escort business.

Epstein’s end of the deal was recruiting Western elites to Putin’s forums. He promised to bring LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman, Microsoft’s Nathan Myhrvold, billionaire Thomas Pritzker, and former Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak.

Some of them actually showed up. ·

The St. Petersburg Forum was more than a business or networking event: multiple sources confirmed that modeling agencies openly worked with forum organizers to provide escort services.

The after-hours arrangements created perfect conditions for honey traps — Belyakov ran this

And this wasn’t a one-time favor either. Epstein and Belyakov stayed in regular contact. They coordinated recruiting Western business leaders, arranged escort operations, and handled blackmail situations.

The @dossier_center investigation documented all of this with emails and financial records.

When the files are released, remember Epstein’s network extended far beyond America. He had operational support from Putin’s intelligence apparatus.

Earlier, in September, Dave Troy, a publisher, editor, tech pioneer and investor, announced on X that “new, original reporting” allegedly revealed Epstein’s ties with Russian intelligence.

“Epstein was close with Vitaly Churkin, a Russian Ambassador with close ties to KGB head Vladimir Kryuchkov. Kryuchkov and Churkin brought Trump to Moscow in 1987 and may be the link to Robert Maxwell,” Troy wrote.

He shared a link to an ongoing investigation by America 2.0, the publication he oversees.

And in November, Troy posted an explainer cartoon on Epstein’s apparent ties to a large money-laundering operation by the Soviet Committee for State Security (KGB).

Rounding out the picture, Byline Times has published a report headed “How Epstein Infiltrated the Silicon Valley Network Behind Trump’s New Tech Order.”

It says: “Documents show Jeffrey Epstein was not cast out after his child sex-crime conviction but remained embedded in a confidential inner circle of Silicon Valley founders with strategic influence on the modern world, including Musk, Bezos, Brin, Page, Gates and Zuckerberg.”
