They condemned Russia’s recent escalation and intensified disinformation campaigns in the context of its aggression against Ukraine. In response to Russia’s position, the ambassadors outlined the main points of the E3 leaders’ statement of June 7, including support for President Zelensky’s call for direct negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, with the active participation of the United States and European countries, to achieve a ceasefire and move toward further negotiations.
