“The Russians continue to deliberately hunt down civilians. Don’t make yourself their target! Evacuate in a timely manner,” Filashkin urged.
In the Kharkiv region, a Russian drone targeted a civilian car on the highway between the villages of Vilkhuvatka and Prykolotne.

The attack comes as the US announced that it would halt the shipment of critical air defense to Ukraine, including missiles for the Patriot air defense system.

Last month, Ukraine’s Air Defense Forces shot down double the number of drones from the previous month, destroying a total of 4,750 air targets during the month, which included 159 cruise, ballistic, and guided missiles.
