Russian forces launched a series of attacks across Ukraine on the morning of Wednesday, July 15, killing four civilians, according to regional authorities.

In Odesa, three people were killed and three others were injured after Russian strikes hit residential areas at 7 a.m., the head of the Odesa City Military Administration (MVA), Serhiy Lysak, said.

“As of now, three people have been killed as a result of the enemy attack. Three more people were injured. They are hospitalized in stable condition,” Lysak wrote on social media.

He added that residential buildings sustained significant damage.

According to Ukraine’s State Emergency Service (DSNS), Russia also launched a missile strike on civilian infrastructure in Odesa overnight.

“The strike caused extensive damage and sparked a fire at a warehouse belonging to one of the enterprises. Two trucks were also damaged,” the DSNS said.

No casualties or injuries were reported.

On Tuesday evening, Russian forces also struck a residential neighborhood in Sumy, reportedly using cluster munitions. Seven people, including a child, were injured, and several homes were damaged.

Elsewhere, a man was killed after a drone struck a private home in the Chernihiv Region.

In Kherson, a 50-year-old man was hospitalized in stable condition after a Russian drone attack in the city’s Central district.

Russian strikes also hit Zhytomyr Region, where a gas station in the Malyn community was damaged, leaving two people injured. Emergency crews are working at the scene.

According to the Ukrainian Air Force, from 6 p.m. on July 14, Russia launched two Kh-59/69 guided air-to-surface missiles and 122 aerial weapons, including Shahed attack drones, jet-powered unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), Gerbera, Italmas, and Parody decoy drones.

The attack was repelled by Ukrainian aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare and unmanned systems forces, as well as mobile fire groups.

“As of 8:30 a.m., air defenses had shot down or electronically suppressed 101 enemy Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas and other types of drones over northern, southern and eastern Ukraine,” the Air Force said.

The Air Force added that two missiles and 18 attack drones struck targets at 19 locations, while debris from intercepted aerial targets fell at seven locations.
