Russia War in Ukraine Ukraine

3.5 Years Later: Russia’s War Is Falling Apart

In a Kyiv Post interview, @AnnaFromUkraine reveals why she believes Russia’s war is faltering – as it’s losing ground, facing internal rifts, and failing to suppress Ukraine’s truth offensive.

June 16, 2025

In an exclusive Kyiv Post interview, Anna Danylchuk, known online as @AnnaFromUkraine, shares her insights into why, in her analysis, Russia’s war effort is unraveling.

From the battlefield to the economy, and inside the corridors of power in Moscow, Danylchuk explains why Russia is now weaker than at any point since 2022 – despite the Kremlin’s propaganda efforts to claim strength.

Russia currently holds less Ukrainian and Russian territory than it did in the early months of the invasion, and infighting is breaking out between the military and intelligence services. Meanwhile, Ukraine continues to fight – not just with weapons, but with truth, Danylchuk says.

Danylchuk  is one of Ukraine’s most widely followed YouTube voices and an active debunker of Russian disinformation. In this interview, she outlines her views on the real state of the war – and how the world should understand it.
