In an exclusive interview with Kyiv Post, Weitmann explains why Israel has not previously defended Ukraine and discusses what Russia's "reckoning" will look like.

In a recent interview on RT that went viral, Amir Weitmann, the head of the libertarian caucus in Israel's ruling Likud Party, promised that the Russians will pay for their complacency in shedding Israeli blood by working with Hamas and other terrorist organizations.

In an exclusive interview with the Kyiv Post, Weitmann explains why Israel has not previously defended Ukraine, discusses what Russia's "reckoning" will look like, and what the next steps are in the fight against terrorists attacking Israel today.

Russia is rotting from the head down, when the maggot Putin along with the stench he permeates is dead and buried will the world be a better place. Until then we just have to keep killing the poor Russians sent to fight his so called special operation in Ukraine... Russia has a fucking psychopathic clown running the country...

Wow,big talk for a government that oppresses small Muslim neighbors.
Putin is a big man while Netanyahu is a little warmongering spoiled thug just like Zelensky.
Russian civilians have been oppressed since 2014 by the Ukrainian regime while the Russian government showed restraint for years, until Putin finally intervened for a second time.
When this is over, and Zelensky goes into exile, the average Ukrainian civilian will finally have a voice, and the US government will have to answer to the hundreds of thousands of dead Ukrainians they got killed in their proxy war.
Ukraine, just know you are being used.

@Donnie Townsley, amazing that you call Zelensky a war mongerer when Ukraine has been invaded twice by Russia and has had territory annexed both times! Strelkov (now arrested) admitted the Donbas "rebellion" was entirely a fabrication of the Russian Kremlin. Russian "restraint" is also a total fabrication. All Russia had to do is respect the terms of the Budapest Memorandum and none of this would have ever happened. Vladimir Putin is the author of his own misfortune.

I always thought Israel should have done much much more for Ukraine. Israel did nothing. For a long time I had sympathy for Israel but with that behaviour I lost interest in Israel. Now maybe because of the Hamas attack I feel for Isrsel.

It is always about money for Putin. When Ukraine discovered huge new oil and gas reserves in the Don Basin, and Shell Oil started to develop them, Putin knew that Ukraine would be able to compete with Russia for Europe's energy business. So he invaded the parts of Ukraine that had oil and gas. When Israel developed their off-shore energy reserves and made a deal to supply Europe with gas for this winter, Russia arranged for Hamas to attack Israel. Putin does not give a damn about human life, other than his own. It is always about money for him.

At first glance, it appears that the Ukrainian and mid-east wars are two different things, but Russia is up to their ears in both.
Expect Israel to soon back Ukraine.
Another sword in Putin’s side.

Unbelievable that Russia/Putin and cronies would warn Israel regarding Palestinians and protecting civilians, humanitarian concerns, avoiding civilian targets, etc. Does Putin/Russia think the world is blind.…may I remind him/them of Ukraine. Same goes with China, Iran, N Korea, and all other supporters/backers of terrorism/propaganda/authoritarianism/oppression/etc. Hippocrates!
No individual nor country is perfect, but at least let society live their lives freely. Stop the lies and propaganda! Control the breadth of government oppression of its people or risk breading a society full of internal anger, fear, ignorance, obliviousness, and hopelessness. Government should serve its people, not suffocate them.

Excellent interview, a lot of the details of Russian involvement with Hama's is under reported in western media so this was very helpful to understand it's contributions of weapons, crypto funding, and high level meetings.
