Russia launched another missile attack on Ukraine on Friday, August 11. At approximately 10:00 a.m. local time, a series of X-47M2 "Kinzhal" aeroballistic missiles were fired from MiG-31K aircraft towards the Kyiv region.
Several explosions sounded in the capital following the air raid alarm kicking off. The alarm was also announced in Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
Kyiv's mayor, Vitali Klitschko, has also reported explosions in the city. According to him, fragments of the launched missile were found within the territory of a children's hospital, fortunately resulting in no casualties or substantial structural damage.
"In addition to the wreckage of the rocket that fell on the territory of one of the children's hospitals in the capital, two more crash sites were found in the Obolonsky District of Kyiv," Klitschko reported via Telegram.
"On Bohatyrska Street, the roof of a private house was damaged...There were no injuries," he added.
Reports of explosions emerged from the Khmelnytsky and Vinnytsia regions as well.
In the Ivano-Frankivsk region, a Russian missile struck a private house. This information has been reported by the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration.
The missile struck a private house in the Kolomyia district, where a family with three children lived. Tragically, the attack resulted in the death of an 8-year-old boy.

@Ирина, Here's an idea... How about Russia gets the heck out of territory that ISN'T theirs and then there will be peace. Everyone knows a lasting peace won't happen by relinquishing territory. But you are blind to such things because you're a pro Russian troll.
